## Rules
Do:
- Use the files in this kit as they are. Keep space around a logo equal to the height of one letter or more.
- Use the light logos on green, red or dark photos. Use the dark or red logos on light backgrounds.
- Credit the meme artists (CREDITS.md) when you repost their work.
- Show the full CA when you tell people where to buy.

Do not:
- Do not stretch, rotate, recolor or add effects to the logos.
- Do not add the Adidas logo or the Adidas trefoil to new material. The three stripes in this kit are plain bars. The community portrait art stays as it is.
- Do not put the faces of real politicians on $CHEEBS material.
- Do not say or imply that Adidas, Know Your Meme, the owners of Balltze (Cheems), or any government endorse $CHEEBS.
- Balltze, the real Shiba Inu behind Cheems, died on 18 Aug 2023. Treat him with respect. No jokes about his death.
- Do not promise prices, returns or profits. $CHEEBS is a meme token.

## Lore (short)

- On 18 Jul 2020 Instagram user cheemsitz posted the Cheems version: Slav Cheebs. On 12 Nov 2020 it hit r/dankmemes with 44,600+ upvotes in five days.
- Cheems is Balltze, a Shiba Inu. Gopnik culture: tracksuits (made popular by the 1980 Moscow Olympics team), sunflower seeds (семки), the squat (на кортах), hardbass.
