  • 2018: Slav Cat puts a cat head on a man in a tracksuit, a joke about the gopnik stereotype.
  • 18 Jul 2020: Instagram user cheemsitz posts the Cheems version. Slav Cheebs is born.
  • 12 Nov 2020: it hits r/dankmemes, 44,600+ upvotes in five days.
  • Cheems is Balltze, a real Shiba Inu. He died on 18 Aug 2023. Respect.
  • Gopnik kit: tracksuit (made popular by the 1980 Moscow Olympics team), семки, the squat, hardbass.

Do

  • Use the files as they are.
  • Keep clear space around a logo, at least the height of one letter.
  • Use light logos on green, red or dark photos. Use dark or red logos on light backgrounds.
  • Show the full CA when you tell people where to buy.
  • Credit the meme artists when you repost their work.

Do not

  • Do not stretch, rotate, recolor or add effects to the logos.
  • Do not draw the Adidas trefoil or the Adidas logo. Our three stripes are plain bars.
  • Do not put the faces of real politicians on $CHEEBS material.
  • Do not imply that Adidas, Know Your Meme, Balltze’s owners or any government endorse $CHEEBS.
  • No jokes about the death of Balltze.
  • Do not promise prices, returns or profits.
